(1) Internet and Smart Device access requires a router and High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum 2Mbps upload speed. If your DVR is not connected to the Internet, you will not be able to remotely view your system on your Smart Device or PC/Mac®. May require a free firmware update.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from DVR-X3-8 Quiet DVR-X3-8 is priced right without a disk drive or cameras. I like it. Installing the hard drive was easy. The new software had a short learning curve. No fan makes the dvr quiet. The old cameras work great. I gave 4 stars because of breaking the warranty label to install the drive. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best camera I've had my nightowl camera for some years, at the time I didn't know how to set it up, but I learned quickly after my neighbor kept thinking my property was hers. The camera setup was a lot easier than I thought, plus the features. I can record live and playback without a subscription. I love the night vision I also downloaded the app on my phone so when I'm at work I can see my house. It's hard to believe how much I've saved between setting it up myself and no subscription, Love it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product but do your research on deals! I like that it was easy to install but the video on my cell phone freezes. Also, I was really hurt by the fact that WalMart had the same model for 20.00 dollars more but i with new cameras. I must say, I was really disappointed not have been able to take advantage of that deal.

I bought a replacement DVR. On the new one I can’t review more then 2 cameras Do you sell a model that I can review all the channels at once like the old system.

My memory is full and can’t figure out how to delete stuff

By default, the HDD is set to auto-overwrite when the HDD (hard drive) becomes full. If you adjusted that setting, then you will need to re-format the HDD each time it becomes full. Is this system newer than HDA10PB-16?

They came out at roughly the same time. The XHD30 DVR can hold up to 3MP resolution cameras though, whereas the HDA10 is capped at 1080p resolution. Thank you!
