How do I reset my password?

IMPORTANT: Resetting password on website is ONLY for website customer account. This password reset DOES NOT apply to your product or app.

For password reset of your DVR or app please visit our Support Site.

1. Click on the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the website.

2. Select "Forgot Your Password?" on the Customer Login Page.

3. In the Forgot Your Password page, fill in the email field (use the email you used to create your initial account) and fill in the captcha and select "Reset my Password"

4. Once you select "Reset My Password" it will take you back to the Customer login Page and you will receive the following message: If there is an account associated with (email you provided) you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do NOT receive an email, please create an account.

NOTE: If you do not receive an email it may mean you have used the wrong email or this email was never used to create an account. You will need to create an account.

5. When you receive the reset password email, click the link.

6. Create a new password when the Set a New Password page opens up.

7. You should now be able to log in to the website with your email and new password.
