Have a question about your order status, shipping or a return? No problem.

Shipping & Delivery

All webstore orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours. You will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment to the email address on the order. Typically, the order ships UPS Ground. However, the carrier may vary depending on your location.

Returns

You can return your product within 30 days from the shipping date. We can only refund you for product purchased from our webstore. If you bought the product at a retail location, you must return it there. For our full Return Policy, please see our Terms and Conditions.
