This system with the PIR cameras is the absolute best on the market for my needs. Amazing at the reduction in false alarms and notification. Definitely the way to go. I have an Night Owl Security Full 1080p Network Video Recorder with 2TB HDD and 8 Night Vision 1080p HD IP Cameras and need to replace the DVR. Will the HDA10P-DVR8BB-2TB work with my existing cameras?

how loud is this dvr? our current dvr's fan is constant, loud and annoying.

The fan can be heard if your ear is extremely close to the DVR or on occasion if the fan kicks up to cool down the system. Other than that, it should not be readily heard. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
