Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy set up I up greated my night owl security system to the new 8 channel HD system and it turned out great. It was quick and easy to setup. And now I can view my property when gone on trips to the store or town. And I would recommend this product to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bye, Bye ADT I dropped ADT because I felt "owned" by ADT, even though I was paying the bills. Needless to say, being stuck with a few thousand dollars in cameras made it difficult. However, when I saw the Night OWL system in Costco, I decided to give it a try. Viola! In less than a half an hour, I had all my cameras working on the Night Owl system, plug-n-play!

Hello I was contacting customer support because my phone will not connect to the device. My internet is strong and it used to connect before. I click device manager and it will say connected but no picture shows up for any of my 4 cameras.

1 of my cameras is not recording. The motion indicator doesn't come up on the screen when any activity occurs in front the camera. How do I troubleshoot this problem? I just notice this problem when my local police department wanted to view activity.

Night Owl app Keep telling me incorrect password will not connect to my night out system saying incorrect password I have a Samsung phone Galaxy 6 Edge

Hello, The password for the mobile app will match the password used to Login to your DVR. By default, the password for your DVR is left blank. If you changed this password, you will need to use the password you created. Thanks for choosing Night Owl.

I have hooked up my new system and have not hooked up the internet yet and it will be a few days before I do. In the mean time I want to make sure that all 4 cameras are recording and 3 of them went from color to black and white. Can you tell me why?

I have an AHD7-DVR8 and purchased 4 more cameras to add. How do I wire the additional cameras when the dvr has no spare power ports?

Good afternoon. Included in the camera pack are 4 60-foot bundles of cables, a power adapter, and a 4-way power splitter. Connect the the power adapter to an electrical outlet and then to the 4-way splitter. Then connect the red female power lead on the cable bundle to one of the leads on the splitter and the male lead to your camera's power connector, connecting the BNC cable portion for video transmission as well. I just got two new camera's for my HD DVR and my camera's are showing video loss they have power and are hooked up right but are still not working what els can I do
