Rated 4 out of 5 by Gary Jones from Love This Camera I just bought and installed this wireless camera and am extremely satisfied so far. I did a lot of shopping around before making this purchase and chose Night Owl based on product quality and price. Upon receiving the camera I was able to get it set up and configured within 5 minutes. Literally, 5 minutes! I’m not the most techy person ever, but set up was almost too easy. I unpacked the camera, plugged in the USB cable to the camera and wall outlet, downloaded the Night Owl PRO App and then wirelessly synched the camera. Before ordering the product I researched it on their webstore. I was a little concerned about the warranty only being a one year warranty, as I have a very destructive toddler at home, but the product was good quality and affordable. On their website I found the manual (and downloaded it before my camera arrived) and even found some ‘How To” videos on the product page for my camera. Their free remote viewing application (Night Owl PRO) was easy to download to my iPhone and has been working well. The only downside I have experienced is with software compatibility. While the Night Owl PRO App instantly worked on my iPhone, it was not functioning well with my wife’s iPad when she set it up. After several minutes of troubleshooting I discovered that she had not yet updated her software to version 9.1. Once I updated it to that most recent Apple software, her iPad worked seemlessly. We are currently using the camera as a baby monitor and can easily move it to a different room depending on where the baby is. A wireless camera troubleshooting guide stated that too much obstruction between the router and the camera or too slow of an internet speed may cause the camera to not function properly. I tested my internet speed online and have exceeded their requirement of 3.0 Mbps upload and download speed. The USB cable is fairly long, which allows us to conveniently place the camera a good distance from the wall outlet. Both my wife and I regularly view our baby at the same time. Love and highly recommend this camera so far!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Clearwater Phil from Worthless I bought two of these a year or so ago and began having problems soon after. They hang up on a regular basis and the iPhone app crashes more often than not. For some strange reason, they "upgraded" the app (it still crashes) and the took away the motion mask. One of my cameras won't even work any more no matter how many times I reboot it. Oh yea, the setup and configuration of these things is a nightmare. They made it as non intuitive as possible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Justin11 from Good product I bought this product today and I have not been able to connect my phone to the camera. Every time I try to connect it I get to the WIFI part and it says "Oops looks like something went wrong!" "Error: Add device false"
