Rated 4 out of 5 by from UI needs work and a printed manual would be nice I recently installed the HDA series system and after spending some time tinkering with the settings I'm mostly pleased with it but the user interface leaves a little something to be desired. Worse there is no printed manual for the system and the web link for the e-manual for the HDA series on this site is apparently broken at the time of this review. Can we get this fixed?

what are the correct name of the red connector for audio? I need find some couples to reconect my systems as my cousing put in wrong way 4 of them

The red connectors are not for audio. These are for power. Audio is designated with a white RCA connector. Simply connect one of our video/power/audio cables to an audio enabled camera, to begin detecting audio. What is the coldest temperature these cameras can endure?

Good Afternoon. TB stands for Terabyte. It refers to the size of the pre-installed hard drive (HDD). 2TB is simply a larger HDD than the 1TB. You can choose 'time schedule' record within the DVR's record settings. This will enable you to only record during select periods throughout a 24 hour period. If you place a camera near your motion flood light, you will likely receive false alerts from that camera which can occur during sharp changes in lighting. Lastly, yes. If you want to upgrade an existing CCTV system, you can use the existing cabling and simply swap out the cameras and the DVR. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

I connected the Cameras. some show color and some are black and white. how do i get them all to show color?

At night, the cameras will switch to black and white for night vision. They should all be displaying in full color during the day when they are exposed to light.
