Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great system! Just had our 4 cameras installed and the picture quality day and night is fantastic. I began searching for different brands of cameras and while reading reviews on Best Buy about night owl I decided to purchase this camera system- I do not regret the purchase! If anyone needs cameras I highly recommend night owl. We used installerNet to have the cameras installed as their card was inside our night owl product box and they were great. They asked a few questions; how many cameras, type of siding, hidden wires or not, how high on then house etc and provided a price [$100-$200 a camera] which was A LOT cheaper than another installation estimate we received. Installation company and the installer himself were fantastic. Overall great camera purchase and installation experience.

One of my cameras is not working. I plugged in to other ports and use other cables to make sure it wasn’t the cable or the port but still no image.

Hi, I have the motion detection notification on my phone set to camera 1. When I swipe right on my iphone to see the playback, it does not work and stays on the menu screen. Please help?

With the 4 audio input and 1 audio output how does this work? I know that these camera don't have audio, I,m want 2 way audio on muilt cameras. can you talk using a smart device? the model I'm looking at is ADAA10L-10BU.

This series does not have two way audio capability. You can connect our Indoor Microphone onto select cameras and begin detecting audio. But you will not be able to use the cameras as a speaker. Does this system record audio?

The DVR has the capability of recording audio, but this system does not come with audio enabled cameras. Please view the below link to one of our Indoor Microphones. Is there a firmware upgrade on this model that has been required over the past 6 months?  All of a sudden, we cannot connect remotely from smart devices and it's worked perfectly for years before.  We've checked and the router has internet connectivity.

You say it needs to be hardwired to router. Can I run a bridge to connect to my router? where my router is I can not plug in and run the cables to the camera's

HI Beng, We are not able to make any assurances regarding bridges. Our systems are compatible with most switches, but there needs to be a hardwired connection for remote viewing. Thanks for choosing Night Owl!
