Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to setup / Excellent Images I purchased this system upon recommendation from a neighbor. They said it was really easy to setup and that the 1080p cameras were really good quality. I was in the market for a security system and decided to give this one a try. I am very glad I did. We had it setup and configured to our phones is under an hour. We had to reset one of the cameras, but this was very easy to do using the quick setup directions that came with the system. I also called tech support and was pleased with the service I received. Overall, my wife and I are very happy we chose this wireless system and would definitely recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

The night picture quality is like looking at a black and white movie crystal clear no shadows. day time is better. User friendly set up. The quality of workman ship to the cameras is top notch. My experience, and opinion Night Owl is the best product on the market

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy set-up I installed my system this past weekend. It was very easy to install and setup. The only problem I see with it is I get a alert every time the wind blows.

I have an product and I have push notifications turned on, however it doesn’t push them. Any advice?

are these ip rated as in ip 66, for water resistance?, if so what is the rating I want to make sure these can stand up to the harsh weather where I live...

These cameras are IP-65 rated. They can withstand moisture and dirt debris. If installing outside, we recommend placing them under shelter of some kind, such as an eave or awning. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

How far can the camera see? And the further out you see how is the quality?

The camera provided up to 100 ft. of night vision. During the day, the exact distance is not measured. However, as you stated, the further you go out, the less clear the image will appear. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

What can happen if the temp outside drops below what the camera can handle

model WNVR201-44p With the 2way audio is an audio cable required to be ran to the camera? and can notification be sent to multi smart devices? is the sensitivity level adjustable on the camera?

No cable is needed to transmit the audio. Up to 3 users can access the NVR remotely at the same time and multiple users can be configured to receive notifications. You are able to adjust the sensitivity of the cameras by logging into the NVR on a TV or Monitor and navigating to the camera menu. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

Can I install additional hard drives and/or larger than 1 TB?

Yes, you can upgrade the HDD in this unit. The NVR is compatible with internal SATA hard drives 2.5" or 3.5" up to 4TB. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

No, this is not an expandable system. We will be launching standalone wireless cameras that can be used with a different App. But they will not be able to be connected to this NVR as it only has 4 available channels. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

Do i have to have the router plugged to my Wi-Fi modem and the dvr box?

To view on a TV or monitor, you do not need to have the NVR plugged into your router or modem. If you would like to remotely view the system on a smart device, PC or Mac, you will need to have it connected using Ethernet cable. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
