i have a dvr-bbhda10pb-8 will the wireless cam connect and allow remote access and record functions? if not how do i add more cameras to my system i have 8 cameras already and i do not see any more ports on the back of the dvr.

Good Afternoon, This wireless camera is not compatible with our HDA Series DVRs. However, you can purchase it and view it as a stand-alone camera, much like a baby monitor, via a separate application. The maximum number of cameras that you can add to a DVR is determined by the number of channels it has. Your DVR has 8 channels so can only hold up to 8 cameras. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

I have a cámara c-841-pir3mp  I see you have ad on indoor cameras I going to need  sound back and forth I wonder the 1080p work together on1 app and  need to be connected to the  receiver ?

Good Afternoon, Our Indoor Only Wireless Camera cannot be connected to your C-841-PIR3MP. However, this camera cam be viewed as a stand-alone. So, you could have your 3MP system and then this camera as a stand-alone. Unfortunately, the wireless camera uses a different app as the 3MP system when it is viewed as a stand-alone. Your 3MP system uses Night Owl X and the camera would be viewed via Night Owl Connect. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

I HAVE A HD WIRELESS WNVR SERIIES 4 CAMERAS SET UP ,ONE OF MY CAMERAS KEEP MAKING A LOUD NOISE.I DONT KNOW IF IT IS THE CORD,IT IS SO LOUD I HAVE TO TURN IT OFF

My camera sent notifications only a few times, now nothing, tried resetting and still nothing, there is a micro ad card inserted into unit

I purchased this product with the assumption that it would alert me when it detects motion in my daughters room. It, so far, has not notified me a single time no matter what sensitivity I set it to. Is there anything specific that is required for this?

In order to record and receive push notifications, you must purchase a Micro SD card. This is discussed in the Quick Setup Guide and in the footnotes for the product. Is there a product I can purchase to use my night owl cameras (with cables) to record to my computer instead of using a DVR?

This camera can be added to our WNVR201 Series NVRs and viewed on a PC or Mac via our FREE Night Owl X CMS. As a stand-alone, the camera is viewed via the Night Owl Connect App on a smartphone or tablet. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

Can wireless cameras be used with a night owl wired hard drive?

This camera can be used as a standalone camera in conjunction with our Night Owl Connect App, or added to an expandable Wireless NVR using the Night Owl X App. It is not compatible with any of our other series. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
