Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install and view remotely I recently bought these camera's for my small commercial store. I had it installed and running on my phone in less than 30 minutes. I am very pleased with this product. I setup an older version of this product a year or two ago and the setup was manual and very technical. I am very pleased to see that they have streamlined the installation process so that anyone can do it.

They have good pictures and are very easily set up, My longest run is 220ft and still good picture, next is to add more of them. Like that we can view them with our phone anytime and anywhere we want.

Do these camera's have two way talk back capabilities?

No, these cameras are not audio enabled. To begin detecting audio up to 20 ft. away from the camera, you can purchase and connect one of our Indoor Microphones. No. This is an HD camera that is not compatible with our standard analog (960 H) DVRs. It is compatible with our AHD10, HDA10 and XHD Series DVRs. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

Do u need internet to run system

To connect to a TV or monitor, no. All you need to do is hardwire the compatible DVR to the TV using the provided HDMI cable. If you would like to remotely view the system on a smart device, PC or Mac, then yes you will need to connect the DVR to a router or modem via Ethernet cabling. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

Hi, I just set up my camera and it works just fine. But it won’t record. I have it to record when their is motion only but nothing gets recorded and save. Can you please help me figure this out?

No, your 960H DVR is an analog DVR. It will not function with our HD cameras. You will need to connect these cameras to an HD DVR, such as our AHD, HDA or XHD Series DVRs. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
