Fs-500  System stopped showing videos from all cams. One cam was unplugged and none of them worked . Unplugged everything rebooked it up, but no video feed. All the boxes are black?  Please help? And I couldn't find the  manual .

can I download the video from the recorder to another device?

Hello, To export recorded video, plug a USB memory stick into the rear USB port. Log into your DVR and navigate to Record > Events, set your search parameters, and click 'Search'. When you identify the recordings you wish to export, make sure they're selected and then click 'Backup'. Thanks for choosing Night Owl.

I need to replace my DVR due to lightning damage but see the FS-8500 is no longer available. I would like to be able to use the same cameras and wiring. Is there a newer system that's compatible so that I don't have to replace everything?

Hi, I have DVR-FS500 - I think it supports only analog camera -- would this support HD camera's as well? if yes - what type of camera should I buy? Appreciate your answer

I have this exact DVR like the FS-8500 with all of the exact same settings and functions just like Harbor Freight Bunker Hill Security 68332 DVR. However, it is a 4-channel system. Can I use the firmware from here to update the BunkerHill DVR?
